Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate and timely IP, OP, and TPA billing, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process IP, OP, and TPA billing with high accuracy.

Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for pre-authorizations, claim processing, and query resolution.

Verify patient documents, billing codes, and insurance eligibility.

Ensure timely submission and reconciliation of bills and claims.

Coordinate with clinical and finance teams to minimize billing discrepancies.

Maintain compliance with NABH and hospital billing policies.
