Job Title: Onsite Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai

 Experience: 1–3 Years

 Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

 Joining Preference: Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:

 We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and IT support to end users at the client location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and resolving user-related technical queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support to end users and resolve hardware and software issues.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT devices.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications.

Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi, and related issues.

Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.

Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.

Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution when required.

Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations at the client location.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Onsite Support.

Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware and software troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking concepts.

Experience with ticketing tools will be an added advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work 6 days a week from the Mumbai location.

Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview in Mumbai.
