Job Description: Onsite Support Engineer

Location: Sri Lanka (with potential for relocation to other Asia and Africa locations)

Experience: 0-2 years

Education: Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or BSc in Computer Science/IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for mechanical machines and computer systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
• Collaborate with clients to understand and address their technical needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Be willing to travel and work in various locations, including other Asia and Africa countries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or BSc in Computer Science/IT
• 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Good understanding of mechanical machines and computer systems
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Long-term commitment to the organization
• Willingness to relocate to other Asia and Africa locations, as required
