Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for payroll preparation.
  
• Prepare and review payroll reports, including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary calculations.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through various banking channels.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI) and statutory compliances.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
