Online Sales & Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented and data-driven professional to manage and grow our sales across online food delivery platforms. The candidate will be directly responsible for increasing online revenue through effective menu management, promotions, performance optimization, and strategic collaborations with aggregator platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and grow monthly online sales through focused strategy and execution.
• Plan and implement offers, combos, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
• Monitor daily sales, ratings, and platform analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead on pricing, menu positioning, and promotions.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and images on delivery dashboards to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and kitchen teams for smooth platform functioning.
• Liaise with aggregator platform representatives for visibility campaigns and sales support.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting revenue trends and improvement plans.

• Prior experience handling online delivery platforms or digital restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to grow sales and improve visibility on aggregator platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and platform dashboards.
