Online Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Explain company products or services, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use basic computer applications, MS Excel, and CRM tools to manage customer data.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with good communication and convincing skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and internet applications.
• Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or online sales will have an added advantage.
