Online Live Streaming Sales Host

We are looking for a highly skilled Online Live Streaming Sales Host with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Host live streaming sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain screw & barrel products and auxiliary equipment during live sessions.
• Respond to customer questions and generate sales leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow customer base.
• Stay updated on products and customer/market requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Clear communication and confident presentation.
• Comfortable on camera and with social media/live-stream platforms.
• Hindi and English proficiency; other Indian languages are a plus.
• Sales, customer service and technical product experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Training on products will be provided.
