Role Summary We are looking for a highly organized Hotel & Resort Coordination Specialist to assist with managing accommodation arrangements and coordinating client requests. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences

Manage reservation details including dates, room types, and special requests

Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly documented

Communicate confirmations, updates, and any changes in a timely manner

Track multiple reservations and maintain organized records

Support overall coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process

Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Comfortable navigating online systems and digital tools
