Online Digital Desk (ODD) Dealer

Key Responsibilities

1. Ability to understand the online trading platform and guide customers in using digital trading and investment services effectively.
2. Assist customers with account activation for new clients and reactivation of clients who have stopped trading. Provide support with platform navigation and address online trading and business-related queries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Execute buying and selling of shares on behalf of customers and ensure timely trade execution and confirmation based on customer instructions.
4. Provide support to customers regarding trading processes, order placement, and market-related queries.
5. Promote and drive cross-selling of financial products offered by Axis Securities Ltd. (ASL),
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling customer transactions.
8. Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining the desired Quality and NPS standards.

Qualifications/ Experience and Specialist Certification

1. Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
2. NISM VIII certification - Mandatory
3. Fresher with a good understanding of the stock market or 6 months to 1 years’ experience (Brokers, subbrokers etc.), Banks etc.
