ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGER – REVENUE & P&L
Swiggy | Zomato | Digital Sales | Profitability
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Reports To: Founder / Business Head
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Own and grow The Grind Cafe's online business across Swiggy, Zomato and other digital ordering platforms, with complete responsibility for sales growth, promotions, platform commercials and online P&L.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage online business across all Grind Cafe outlets.
- Drive online sales, orders, AOV and profitability.
- Manage Swiggy & Zomato relationships, commercials, commissions and campaigns.
- Own online P&L and contribution margins.
- Optimize menu pricing, combos, add-ons and high-margin products.
- Plan and manage discounts, promotions and sponsored visibility.
- Track outlet-wise sales, food cost, commissions, discounts and advertising spend.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, cancellations, order accuracy and menu availability.
- Work closely with Store Managers, Central Kitchen, Marketing and Finance teams.
- Identify growth opportunities and take corrective action on underperforming outlets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly online business performance reports.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
✔ 3–6 years experience managing Swiggy/Zomato business
✔ Multi-outlet restaurant/QSR/café experience
✔ Strong understanding of aggregator commercials
✔ P&L and data-driven decision-making skills
✔ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
✔ Good negotiation and communication skills
✔ Commercially driven with an owner's mindset
