Job Summary

CogentHub is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our OneVoice Soundboard Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and flexibility to work in rotational shift schedules, including night shifts and alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.

• Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures.
• Adhere to assigned shift timings and alternate Saturday working schedules.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• International BPO / voice process experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in evening and night shifts.
• Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays as per the roster.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
