Role- Onboarding Specialist
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Experience: 46 Years
CTC: 5–7 LPA Fixed
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred ( 6th Oct 2026 joining date)
Interviews for Shortlisted candidates : Saturday : 3rd October Virtual/In person

Important: Fixed CTC is 5–7 LPA. Candidates with higher salary expectations or a long notice period are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining documentation
- • Handle HRMS data updates and employee records
- • Manage Background Verification (BGV)
- • Coordinate induction and statutory documentation
- • Handle exit formalities, relieving/experience letters and FNF coordination
- • Maintain onboarding, BGV and exit trackers
Candidate Profile
- • 4–5 years of relevant HR Operations / Onboarding experience
- • Strong exposure to Onboarding, BGV, HRMS and Exit Management
- • Good communication, coordination and documentation skills
- • Strong process ownership and attention to detail
- • Comfortable working from Viman Nagar, Pune
