Lead Onboarding & Candidate Experience

Role Summary
Lead end-to-end onboarding operations and new joiner experience initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires from pre-joining to induction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage end-to-end onboarding and pre-onboarding activities.
• Lead and deliver the 2-day induction program for new joiners.
• Conduct various group connects, sessions around various functions & businesses during the onboarding
• Partner with TA, HR, IT, Admin, and business stakeholders for smooth onboarding delivery.
• Drive onboarding process improvements, automation, and employee experience initiatives.
• Track onboarding metrics, analyze insights, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor onboarding effectiveness, report key metrics, and recommend actionable improvements to leadership.

• Strong experience in employee experience, HR operations or business partnering role
• Excellent communication, stage presence & story telling skills
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive change, and improve processes
• Strong stakeholder management and design thinking capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Education Qualification

Full Time MBA / Full-time master’s in psychology
