Onboarding Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Onboard new employees by providing orientation, training, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for each department.
• Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively at an entry-level position requiring leadership skills.
• Excellent public speaking skills for presenting information to large groups.
