Onboarding Executive (Good Excel)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering onboarding requirements from clients and internal business teams.
• Support documentation of policy details, coverage structures, and onboarding requirements.
• Review and validate employee/member data before system upload.
• Perform data quality checks, including:
• Gender validation
• Relationship validation
• Date of Birth verification
• Duplicate record checks
• Age validation
• Date of Joining validation
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams.
• Support execution of onboarding communications through email, SMS, and portal notifications.
• Conduct test communications and assist in validation before launch.
• Track onboarding activities and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Assist in onboarding/pre-enrolment portal setup and configuration.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document observations.
• Assist in client demonstrations and portal walkthroughs.
• Collect approvals and sign-offs before go-live.
• Address basic client queries and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare onboarding status reports and implementation updates.
• Maintain and archive onboarding documents and records.

Required Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of data management and business processes.

Desired Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excel is a must know.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or TPA operations is an added advantage.
