Job Title: Partner Onboarding Executive Field Operations
Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
About the Role
Building a network of car workshops, garages, Roadside Assistance (RSA) providers, and towing partners to make automobile services more accessible and convenient.
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and persuasive individual who can meet business owners, explain our business model, and onboard new service partners. The role involves extensive fieldwork across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, with opportunities to support future expansion into other cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit car workshops, garages, RSA providers, and towing operators across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
- Explain business model and convince prospective partners to join the network.
- Complete partner onboarding formalities and collect the required documents.
- Follow up with onboarded partners to ensure they are activated and ready to receive work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, partner onboardings, follow-ups, and activations.
- Work towards partner acquisition and activation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and handle objections.
- Prior field sales, field operations, or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Graduate in any stream; candidates with relevant automobile industry exposure will be preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
