Job Title – :
React Developer About The Role We are seeking 7+ years experienced OnBase Developer / Administrator to support the design, administration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Hyland OnBase platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in OnBase administration, document repository architecture, workflow development and support, and API integration using Hyland APIs. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable document management and process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities OnBase Administration
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Hyland OnBase platform.
- Design and implement document repository structures, including document types, keywords, folders, security groups, and retention policies.
- Manage user access, security configurations, and system settings.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment management activities.
Solution Design & Development
- Gather business requirements and translate them into OnBase solutions.
- Design and build scalable document management and content services solutions.
- Configure and maintain OnBase modules and related integrations.
- Develop technical specifications and implementation documentation.
Workflow Development & Support
- Design, develop, test, and support OnBase Workflow solutions.
- Automate business processes using Workflow, WorkView, and related OnBase technologies.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement enhancements to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize workflow performance and user experience.
API & Integration Development
- Develop and support integrations using Hyland APIs, including REST and other available integration frameworks.
- Design and implement interfaces between OnBase and enterprise applications.
- Build custom services, APIs, and middleware components to support document and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable system interoperability.
Support & Collaboration
- Provide production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in system testing, deployment planning, and release management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase administration and development.
- Strong experience configuring and administering OnBase repositories, document types, keywords, security, and retention structures.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting OnBase Workflow solutions.
- Experience with WorkView and other core OnBase modules.
- Strong experience developing integrations using Hyland APIs.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyland OnBase certifications.
- Experience with Unity Forms, Unity Client, and related OnBase technologies.
- Experience integrating OnBase with ERP, CRM, HR, or financial systems.
- Knowledge of .NET/C#, API development frameworks, and enterprise integration tools.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
