1. Advanced Cold Calling & Lead Conversion
- Lead outbound cold calling campaigns targeting U.S. clients.
- Handle high-value prospects and complex sales conversations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Manage and guide a team of cold callers/web sales agents.
- Provide training on pitch improvement, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Monitor calls and give constructive feedback to improve performance.
3. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Identify high-quality leads and prioritize conversion efforts.
- Disqualify non-serious or low-potential prospects efficiently to optimize time and resources.
- Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline tracking in CRM.
4. Call Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Develop and refine call scripts and sales strategies.
- Analyze call metrics (conversion rates, drop-offs, objections).
- Implement improvements to increase team efficiency and ROI.
5. Client Handling & Escalations
- Handle critical or escalated client conversations.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
