Role Description
The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the advisor helps customers discover and choose the right sports products and services, offering guidance tailored to different experience levels and needs. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers on the store floor, demonstrating products, and sharing practical sports knowledge to support safe and enjoyable participation. The role also involves organizing and maintaining merchandise displays, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to in-store sports events and workshops. The Omni Sports Advisor collaborates closely with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming environment and a seamless customer experience across in-store and digital channels.
