Job Title: Okta Support Engineer - WIAM Operations
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on Okta support
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Pan India
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Okta Support Engineers to support Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) operations and integrations. The role involves identity administration, authentication troubleshooting, user lifecycle management, and application access support.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the Okta platform for workforce identity and access management use cases.

Manage user onboarding, MFA setup, password resets, account recovery, and access requests.

Analyze system logs to investigate and resolve login-related issues.

Monitor authentication and access issues and perform initial troubleshooting.

Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex incidents.

Handle IAM support tickets and maintain operational documentation.

Collaborate with application, support, and security teams during production support.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Okta support experience.

Experience with user lifecycle activities, including onboarding, MFA, password resets, and account recovery.

Understanding of Okta Global Session Policies and Application Policies.

Experience supporting IAM operations in enterprise environments.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Workforce Identity and Access Management implementations.

SCIM provisioning and user lifecycle management.

Ticketing and support processes.
-
Security and access management best practices.

Week 1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

Week 2: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.

The schedule alternates every week.
