OJT Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct employee induction, onboarding, process, product, and role-based training.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
• Develop and update training presentations, SOPs, process guides, and learning materials.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, role plays, and knowledge checks.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct refresher and remedial training wherever required.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, completion records, and training MIS.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, SMEs, and Team Leaders to understand training requirements.
• Track trainee performance during the transition from training to production.
• Ensure timely completion of training batches and smooth handover of production-ready employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in OJT Training, Process Training, Corporate Training, or Learning & Development.
• Mandatory prior experience in the EdTech/eLearning industry.
• Hands-on experience training employees in EdTech, eLearning, educational content, LMS, or digital learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of training delivery, assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online training tools.
• Ability to prepare training decks, SOPs, process documentation, and reports.
