Oil and Gas Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for engineering positions within the oil & gas industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing agency background preferred.
• Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry's technical requirements for engineering roles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
