OIC Developer

JD for OIC and VBCS 10 - 12 years experience:

Summary:

This role is a key technical contributor, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations and applications using OIC and VBCS. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and other technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Design and Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using OIC, including:
• Data mapping and transformation: Mapping data between different systems using OIC's data mapping tools and connectors.
• Integration Flows: Building and configuring integration flows to orchestrate communication between systems.
• REST and SOAP APIs: Designing and developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Secure integrations: Implementing secure protocols and authentication mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues: Identify and resolve problems within OIC integrations, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Development:
• Design, develop, and implement VBCS applications, including:
• UI/UX development: Creating user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Application logic: Writing code to implement application logic and functionality.
• Integration with OIC: Integrating VBCS applications with OIC for data access and process automation.
• Performance optimization: Optimize VBCS applications for speed and efficiency.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with other developers and testers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Document technical designs, test cases, and deployment processes.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
• Mentor junior developers and share expertise on OIC and VBCS development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development team's knowledge base.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying integration flows.
• Strong understanding of OIC's features and capabilities, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
• Experience with OIC's connectors and adapters for various systems.
• Knowledge of OIC's security features and best practices.
• Strong experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS):
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing VBCS applications.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and development.
• Experience with VBCS's data binding and application logic.
• Ability to integrate VBCS applications with OIC and other systems.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies:
• REST and SOAP APIs.
• XML and JSON.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• SQL.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

BIP and ATP JD – 6+ years :

Key Responsibilities:

• BIP Development:

Design and develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher, including data models, report templates, and delivery mechanisms.

• SQL and PL/SQL Development:

Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to extract, transform, and load data for reporting.

• ATP Database Management:

Develop and maintain database objects, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure data integrity within the Autonomous Database environment.

• Performance Tuning:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and BI Publisher reports.

• Data Modeling and Design:

Design and implement database schemas and data models to support business requirements and reporting needs.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Work with business users and other developers to understand requirements, develop solutions, and communicate technical details.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of database applications and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oracle PL/SQL:

Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.

• Oracle SQL:

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing performance, and understanding database structures.

• Oracle BIP:

Experience in designing and developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher, including data models, report templates, and delivery mechanisms.

• Oracle ATP:

Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database, including its features, benefits, and best practices.

• Database Design and Modeling:

Understanding of database design principles, data modeling techniques, and normalization.

• Performance Tuning:

Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and BI Publisher reports.

• Problem-solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot database issues and resolve technical challenges.

• Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users and other developers.
