OIC Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and support complex integrations across Oracle and non-Oracle business applications. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on integration experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with global business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build and maintain complex integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, and third-party systems.
• Develop REST, SOAP, file-based, and event-driven integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• Partner with functional, technical, and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow integration standards, security requirements, deployment processes, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of integration development experience, including hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications and/or third-party enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, REST, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, or related Oracle technologies.
• Experience supporting finance, HR, sales, or operations business processes.
• Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
