Offshore - Remote - Blue Yonder Solution Consultant/Analyst | JDA

We are seeking a Blue Yonder (JDA) Solution Consultant/Analyst to support supply chain planning initiatives for a client. This role will work closely with demand planning, supply planning, and warehouse operations teams to configure, optimize, and integrate Blue Yonder solutions with the client's ERP environment (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne). The consultant will bridge planning process requirements with technical configuration, supporting a food-service supply chain that spans manufacturing, distribution, and QSR (quick-service restaurant) replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Blue Yonder (JDA) modules — Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and/or Warehouse Management — for a food manufacturing/distribution environment.

• Partner with clients supply chain, demand planning, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Blue Yonder configuration and process design.

• Support integration between Blue Yonder and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) for master data, order, inventory, and forecast data flows.

• Analyze demand forecasting accuracy, safety stock parameters, and replenishment logic; recommend tuning to improve service levels and reduce excess inventory.

• Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles, providing planning system inputs and scenario analysis.

• Troubleshoot data exceptions, batch job failures, and interface errors between Blue Yonder and upstream/downstream systems.

• Document configuration, business rules, and process workflows; support testing (unit, integration, UAT) for enhancements and upgrades.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure planning outputs align with operational execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Demand/Supply Planning, Fulfillment, or Warehouse Management modules.

• Experience in food & beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution supply chain environments strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of ERP integration concepts; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) experience a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and S&OP processes.

• Experience with data interfaces/EDI between planning systems and ERP (batch jobs, flat files, APIs).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a consulting/client-facing capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a QSR (quick-service restaurant) supply chain or multi-tier food distribution network.

• Exposure to Blue Yonder Luminate or other cloud-based planning platforms.

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools for troubleshooting and reporting.

• SAP or other ERP exposure alongside JDE is a plus.
