Role & responsibilities

• Contract Labour Management
• Manage and monitor contract labour deployment and attendance.
• Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower requirements, attendance, overtime, and related issues.
• Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of contract workers.
• Manpower Planning
• Prepare shift-wise and department-wise manpower plans.
• Monitor manpower availability against the approved requirement.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Payroll Management Company & Contract Workers
• Manage and validate payroll inputs for company employees and contract workers.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, weekly off, and other payroll-related inputs.
• Coordinate with Payroll/HR and contractors to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Statutory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements related to working hours, overtime, weekly off, leave, and attendance.
• Maintain required statutory records, registers, and documents.
• Support internal and statutory audits/inspections by providing required records and information.
• Attendance Management through Attendance Software
• Manage and monitor employee attendance through the attendance management system.
• Monitor in/out punches, missing punches, late coming, early leaving, shift changes, and attendance corrections.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
• Resolve attendance-related employee and contractor queries in coordination with the concerned departments.
