Department: HR & admin - ECE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and job portals.
• Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related queries, and statutory documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records and update employee details in the ERP system.
• Coordinate induction programs and communicate company policies.
• Support statutory compliance, HR audits, and other HR administrative activities.

Qualification

• Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
