Role & responsibilities

1. Manage a group mailbox, where Journal entries will be received from various teams in an excel template.
2. Agent will load the journal template into the Blackline tool for client approval.
3. Upon successful loading of journal into tool, agent must reply to the request email with blackline no / Blackline ID generated by tool.
4. At closing of the day, generate a report from BL which will provide SAP document no of posted journals, agent must reply to the document no replying email as per point 3 above.
5. If Blackline shows error while loading journal, send the print screen of error to requestor and upon resolution from requestor load journal as per steps above.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have basic accounting knowledge, good email writing and verbal communication skill and basic knowledge of MS excel.
