1.Preparation and release of CAM programs for 6 Nos. VMC machines based on 3D die design.
2. Working as Shift Supervisor along with CAM programming activities.
3. Preparation of Pre-Machining Drawings for Lathe machining.
4. Monitoring and analysis of CAM Time vs. Actual Machine Time to improve machining productivity.
5. Job inspection on VMC machines and coordination with operators for dimensional accuracy.
6. Monitoring of cutting tool life and cutting tool cost to control machining cost.
7. Providing VMC operation and machining-related training to newly joined VMC operators.
8. Providing technical support to VMC operators for machining-related issues and program corrections.
