Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control day-to-day production operations on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Supervise manpower deployment and optimize workforce productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production flow.
- Train and guide operators to improve performance and skill levels.
