Responsibilities

• Environment monitoring of Quality Control laboratory.
• Sampling/verification of sampling activities and analysis of Raw Material as per the respective standard test procedure, for recording analysis details in respective test data sheet.
• Destruction of left over sample after approval and for recording destruction details in respective test data sheet.
• To ensure the completion of training before starting the analysis in Quality control lab.
• Responsible for intimating to reporting authority immediately for any of the OOS, OOT, Incident, Lab Errors, Instrument breakdown observed during analysis.
• Analysis of Water samples, raw material analysis both chemically and instrumently as per respective SOP.
• Working area / instruments cleanliness, execution, reporting, completeness, work in compliance and handing over all of the executed reports/data to his reporting authority.
• To ensure zero breach of data integrity.
• Proper filing of documents and storage of the same at the respective place.
• Affixing of status labels like Sampled Labels, Approved Labels etc.
• To follow any other instruction given by reporting authority or department head.
