HR Officer Plant

Location: Plant
Experience: 36 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/ MSW in HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant HR operations, attendance, leave, shifts & overtime.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction & exit formalities.
• Manage contract labour and manpower contractors.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports and HRMS/ERP data.
• Coordinate with Plant Head and department teams for manpower requirements.

Required Skills: Plant HR experience, labour law knowledge, contract labour management, MS Excel, HRMS and good communication skills.
