- Compliance and audit support
- Process improvement and automation
- Payroll and compensation process support
- Incentive and benefits administration
Key skills:
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- HR process execution experience
- Understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Ability to work with HR, Finance, vendors, and internal teams
- Total Rewards operations experience of 6 month to 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
