Officer / Supervisor 

Job description:

• Support day-to-day HR and personnel administration at the project site.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, joining and personnel files.
• Coordinate manpower mobilization, deployment, onboarding and demobilization.
• Prepare payroll inputs, attendance statements and routine HR/MIS reports.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, medical and other site facilities.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and routine personnel issues.
• Maintain records related to insurance, statutory compliance and employee documentation.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager and Head Office for recruitment and personnel requirements.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
