Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing processes with a sound understanding of unit operations and unit processes.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines to maintain product quality, compliance, and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of:
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
• GEP (Good Engineering Practices)
• GHP (Good Hygiene Practices)
• ALCOA Principles
• Data Integrity (DI)
• HAZOP
• Cleanroom/Clean Area Practices
• Manufacturing Area Hygiene Standards
• Understand and comply with regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Science Graduate, Postgraduate, or Engineering Graduate.
• Hands-on experience in API, Intermediate, or Bulk Drug Manufacturing is mandatory.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
