Officer/Senior Officer - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll activities including employee leave, attendance registers, and overtime data
• Provide data for manpower reports as required from time to time
• Support security management of the plant
• Assist in verification and clearing of manpower payment bills, leave encashment bills, bonus bills and other admin related bills within timelines
• Coordinate across support departments to avoid delays in services
• Arrange logistics for employee welfare activities such as Annual Day, sports events and festival celebrations
• Maintain housekeeping standards across admin block, canteen, conference room, reception area, worker change room and wash room
• Ensure HR SOPs are adhered to and maintained
• Ensure housekeeping and horticulture of plant premises meet cGMP compliance at all times
• Manage employee transportation for company and contract vehicles
• Perform other admin activities using applicable software as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream, preferably with exposure to HR/Admin functions
• Prior experience in payroll coordination, attendance management or admin support, preferably in a manufacturing or pharma plant setup
• Familiarity with cGMP compliance requirements is an added advantage
• Good coordination skills to work across departments like security, housekeeping, transport and welfare
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable using HRMS or attendance software
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple admin activities within timelines
• Willing to work from the Ankleshwar plant location
