Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Officer - Quality Assurance to work closely with Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary:As an Officer - Quality Assurance, your key tasks are as below
- Review and process change control requests, ensuring comprehensive assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication, follow-ups, approvals, and systematic closure after successful implementation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and packing materials against registered documents.
- Investigate and analyze product-related market complaints, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for timely resolution & documentation.
- Review & validate and document deviations from standard procedures, analyzing their impact on product quality.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and maintain detailed deviation records.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Technical Information Data system (i.e. Registered Specification and artworks).

- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate QA or Corporate QC or Plant QA/IPQA.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to details, good analytical and problem solving capability. In addition, the candidate must have knowledge of Plant QA/Corporate QA & should be well known with international guidelines.
