Key Performance Indicators:
1- Ensure Supplier part procurement on time
2- Ensure Safety stock as per norms for Y and Z parts
3- Ensure timely release of schedules to the respective Supplier
4- Supplier Portal Management
5- Analysis and C'measure implementation for Inventory more than Norms (FG/RM/Child parts-Domestic and Imported)
6- Ensure Premium Freight cost control
7- Drive initiatives for Material Flow Optimizxation across plant (KANBAN, VSM etc.)
8- Inventory variance control ( SAP vs Actual)
9 - ECN/PCN management
10- Ensure complience on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, Customer Audit, EHS etc.)
11- Ensure correct master data in SAP
