Role & responsibilities

• Converting Monthly Plan to weekly, Daily Production Plan, Issuance of daily Production Schedule to all concerned
• Review of Stock at different stages and Plant level inventories, Warehouse inventories,
• Entry of daily production in system
• Monthly stock taking for WIP and Finished products
• Job card Prepare with real time information of cycle time and Capacity Calculations
• Gauges , fixture uses and monitoring
• Production as per standard operating procedure and ensure product conformance.
• Assign and Handel manpower
• Do shift arrangement
• Supervise and get the work done on time

• Assign and Handel manpower for post-production operation
