Officer - Packing

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise Lines: Oversee daily primary and secondary packaging lines to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure Line Clearance: Verify that the packaging area is completely clean and free of prior product remains before a new batch starts.
• Fill Documentation: Complete Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and logbooks accurately in real-time.
• Follow Compliance: Strictly adhere to cGMP, safety guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct Quality Checks: Perform regular In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks like leak tests.
• Allocate Manpower: Assist in assigning operators and workers to different packaging lines based on daily targets.
• Coordinate Maintenance: Report machine breakdowns and assist the engineering team during product changeovers.
• To manage the manpower at shop floor.
• To ensure PM, calibration of equipment / machines is conducted as per schedule
