Officer or Senior Officer Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct RM, FG, and Bulk sampling and analysis as per approved procedures.
• Ensure timely release of Raw Materials, Bulk, and Finished Goods through SAP.
• Prepare, standardize, and maintain volumetric solutions and test reagents.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments as per SOP requirements.
• Perform analysis using Gas Chromatography (GC), UV Spectrophotometer, and other laboratory equipment.
• Investigate non-conformances, deviations, incidents, OOS, and OOT results, and implement effective CAPA.
• Review Batch Processing Records (BPR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
• Conduct analysis of DM Water, Drinking Water, and ETP Water samples.
• Handle market complaints and prepare investigation reports.
• Manage laboratory chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO Quality Management Systems, and safety requirements.
• Prepare Annual Product Reviews (APR) and support internal/external audits.
• Review analytical records, instrument logbooks, and laboratory documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 26 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing industries.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO systems, and laboratory practices.
• Hands-on experience with GC, UV, and analytical laboratory instruments.
• Good understanding of OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA, and documentation systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
