Officer, Manufacturing Process Operations

This role is responsible for performing a diverse range of tasks related to the processing and assembly of pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products within a regulated manufacturing environment as part of a structured trainee program. The position learns to operate and monitor general manufacturing equipment including autoclaves, ovens, stills, and filtration apparatus under supervision to support production objectives. It involves the careful handling of raw materials as well as intermediate and finished pharmaceutical products to develop foundational skills in product integrity and quality maintece. The role contributes to learning the mixing and compounding of ingredients for liquid products, suspensions, ointments, tablet granulations, and capsule powders in accordance with established formulations. General maintece activities on equipment such as pumps, homogenizers, filter presses, and tablet compression machines are observed and performed under guidance to build operational competency. All activities are executed in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to meet regulatory requirements. Accurate and timely completion of batch records and manufacturing documentation is developed as a core skill. The position participates in process improvement initiatives to build awareness of quality, cost, and scheduling considerations within manufacturing process operations.
