Key Responsibilities of LPO

• MonitorCCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment
• Conductregular patrolsacross the mall premises
• Managecrowd controlduring peak hours, weekends, and events
• Respond promptly tosecurity incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Enforcesecurity procedures and safety protocols
• Assist infire safety readiness and evacuation procedures
• Prevent and handletheft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
• Coordinate withlocal police, fire services, and emergency responders
• Maintain accurateincident reports and daily logs
• Providecustomer assistancewhile ensuring security compliance

Key Requirements

• 25 yearsof experience in security (mall, retail, airport, hospital, or large facility preferred)
• Knowledge ofCCTV operations and security systems
• Familiarity withfire safety systems and emergency response
• Basicfirst aid knowledge(certification preferred)
• Strongobservation and problem-solving skills
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in24/7 shift operations
• Physically fit and mentally alert
