Job Description
1. Preparation of Export dispatch documents.
2. After dispatch sending Final documents to CHA & Marketing
3. Approval Taking from Customer & CHA for Export Dispatches
4. Proforma Invoice Making for Export customers
5. Arranging Container & Vehicle for Export Dispatches
6. Planned Container intimate to GST Department
7. Container Taking Planned Vessel Details to dispatch.
8. Dispatch details updating to Customer with Planned Vessel.
9. Vessel Sail & Flight Departure, Scanned copy of B/L or Air Way Bill Sending to customer.
Skills Required
1. ERP System.
2. Create Safety & Environment awareness.
3. Conduct Safety & Emergency evacuation drills.
4. Compliance to Legal and statutory requirements of safety & environment.
Preparation & Execution of Training Plans and periodic review.
