    About this role

  1. Bachelor s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
  2. Knowledge of commercial laws, contract law, property law, and statutory compliance.
  3. Familiarity with lease documentation and real estate-related legal matters is preferred.
  4. Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and other official correspondence.
  5. Assist in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, Leave and License Agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory requirements, licenses, permits, and regulatory guidelines relevant to mall operations.
  7. Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and regulatory departments.
  8. Maintain records of legal cases, litigation matters, notices, agreements, and compliance documents.
  9. Assist in handling tenant-related legal matters, lease disputes, payment defaults, and contractual issues.
  10. Monitor the renewal and validity of licenses, registrations, permits, and agreements.
