Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain physical server hardware, desktop/laptop systems, local switches, and plant networks (LAN/WAN)
- Perform CDS, NONcds all server backup related task.
- coordination with outside vendors.
- User Management for all lab related applications, CDS, NOncds and instruments.
- Time synchronization lab related CDS & NON CDS and instruments .
- Preventive Maintenance for all IT related hardware, software and device.
- IT Site master plan and CSV master plan
- IT self audit, compliance ad QMA handling work.
- Helpdesk & ServiceDesk management
