Officer - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Portfolio

Role Overview

We are looking for an IPR professional to manage our domestic and international Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio. The ideal candidate will handle trademark prosecution, opposition management, legal compliance, and operational legal support.

Key Responsibilities

IPR Portfolio Management & Prosecution:

• Manage domestic and international IPR portfolios (Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs).
• Conduct trademark searches, draft/respond to Cease & Desist notices and prepare legal opinion and Approvals.
• Manage TM and Design applications, oppositions, suits, and review Notices of Opposition and affidavits.
• Provide legal opinions on filing oppositions against deceptively similar trademarks and review watch notices.
• Represent the company as an Authorized Representative (AR) before courts and authorities.
• Coordinate effectively with external law firms and internal departments for documentation and data.
