Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance professional with strong FP&A and Data Analytics skills. The role will focus on FP&A, financial analysis, MIS, data analytics, and management reporting, with hands-on expertise in SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Perform Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analysis and highlight key variances.
• Use SAP extensively for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of management reports.
• Identify opportunities for MIS/reporting automation and process improvement.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-support reports.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Data Analytics and Data Interpretation skills.
• Good financial acumen, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate

Finance professional with strong Data Analytics capabilities and hands-on experience in SAP, Power BI, FP&A, MIS, and financial analysis. Candidates from Finance Analytics / FP&A / MIS Analytics backgrounds will be preferred.
