Officer Finance & Accounts R2R

POSITION PURPOSE

This position is responsible to record Journal entries, reinstatement of subledgers and GL accounts, prepare Balance sheet reconciliations, resolve outstanding open items, perform month & year end activities, provide Audit support etc in accordance with policies and procedures.

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure all assigned duties are performed within the guidelines of Mylans internal controls, policies, and procedures.
2. Develop a solid understanding of policies and procedures relating to General accounting
3. Responsible for the timely completion of month-end closing procedures for the General accounting and assigned monthly Balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
4. Well versed with working as per SLA parameters, process optimization, adherence to reporting schedules and able to generate daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use
5. Have understanding of the statutory and legal requirement. Have efficiently participated in the Statutory and Internal Audits.
6. Acts as resource to team members on routine work and special projects.
7. Have understanding of Fixed assets related transaction for creation of Fixed assets , Capitalization, disposal , Depreciation run etc.
8. Knowledge of performing Bank reconciliation
9. Accruals & prepayments of Journals
10. Monthly Forex reinstatement of vendors, Customers and General balances
11. Preparation of ageing & schedule for sub ledger GL like customer, vendor, GRIR etc.
12. Manage Blackline platform for both tasks & reconciliations
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
