Officer Facility

Job Purpose :

Implementing standardized processes of Facilities and supervising nation wide offices/warehouses infrastructure facilities for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities &

Deliverables/outcomes

1. Drive the overall Facility management (Tech & soft) of the premises of PAN India sites.

To stream line Facility operation.

2. Ensure preventive maintenance are carried out as per PPM calendar to nullify breakdown of equipment.

Necessary steps to reduce the breakdown time in Facility operation.

3. Provide safe, secure and healthy working environment to the employee/visitors.

To enhance Hygiene, Safety, compliances at relevant sites.

4. Ensure mandatory statutory compliance are in order and renewed/applied before expiry.

To fulfill statutory compliances.

5. Audit (Documents, SOPs, Fire & safety & Engineering).

• To fulfil the gap, if found.

6. Assign vendor for AMC/agreement and Coordination, Liaison, policy implementation and monitoring for seamless Facility operation.

To coordinate other Admin activities

7. Sustainability, Energy & water conservation

Energy & water consumption/generation analysis of PAN India offices.

Essential Skills required in Candidate (Functional) Technical Skills:

• Must have 8 - 15 years of working experience on Electro-mechanical equipment such as; DG sets, Transformer, Solar power, Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm System, STP, RO system, HT/LT Panel, VRV-AC System, Plumbing, Solar Plant etc.

• Knowledge of general Tech and soft services SOPs/PPM Calendar.
